John and Kim Brown

“My wife Kim and I are both lifelong residents of the Muscatine/Wilton, Iowa area. We are both graduates of Wilton Community High School. I am a graduate of Faith Baptist Bible College Ankeny, Iowa in Pastoral Studies and Counseling. We still live on the farm south of Wilton. Some areas of personal interest, beside the Lord’s work and theology, are history in general, railroads and railroading, including CRI&P, CB&Q, BNSF, IAIS and International Harvester Co., history and products in particular, and of course my family! My background is from a self-employed, family business-oriented perspective. Kim and I are both interested in seeing people come into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to experience the joy and security of a walk with Him!”

My Testimony

“I trusted Jesus at seven years of age, in that God loved me and died for me a lost sinner, bearing my penalty of eternal death, on the cross of Calvary and that He rose the third day offering to me new life for all eternity. I have never been the same since. A personal walk with Jesus is the most exciting adventure a human can experience. My life has been exciting in every aspect. I was raised in a Christian home and married Kim, a Christian friend of mine, who I went to school with from kindergarten. God blessed us with four children and seven grandchildren in our forty years (at current count). I have experienced life from many perspectives including a career in agriculture (farming), excavating and pastoral ministry (now for 18 years as of this writing). Please see my doctrinal statement for further details on my testimony. I will attempt to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Better yet I would like to meet you and share, personally, of my walk with Jesus Christ!
